<p>소액결제 현금화는 제품권, 게임 아이템 등을 결제한 잠시 뒤 인증번호 등 아이디어를 업체에 넘기면 수수료를 떼고 당장 현금을 지급하는 것을 말한다. ‘급전이 요구되는 청년들이 대부분 사용하는데, 실상은 고금리 대출에 사기 확률이 높아 아이디어통신망법상 불법으로 규정하고 있습니다.</p>

<p>이은희 인하대 소비자학과 교수는 “구글 동일한 글로벌 온/오프라인 산업자도 수입에만 신경쓰지, 문제가 발생했을 때 적절한 대처를 하지 않는 때가 적지 않다”면서 “구글 소액결제 사례가 많아지고 있을 것이다면 구글이 최대로 우선해서 할 일은 이런 일이 또 생성하지 않게 조치를 취하는 것”이라고 이야기 했다.</p>

<p>지난해 금감원은 소액결제 현금화 등 불법금융홍보를 방송통신심의위원회에 신청해 사이트 폐쇄와 게시글 삭제, 계정 중지 등을 확정했지만 ‘언론 보도에는 대응하지 않았다. 금감원 관계자는 “언론의 보도는 선전으로 규정할 수는 없어 보여서 판단하기 불편한 면이 있을 것입니다”고 하였다.</p>
